GCSE revision timetable
The timetable that works starts light in autumn, builds through spring and peaks in the final term. Print this structure, fill in your subjects and tick each completed session.
Autumn term (Year 11, Sept-Dec)
- 3-5 hours a week across all subjects, weighted to the weakest
- One past-paper section per subject per fortnight, marked
- Error log started: topic, mistake type, redo date
Spring term (Jan-Easter)
- 5-8 hours a week, weekly past papers in exam subjects
- Mocks treated as full rehearsals, marked and ranked
- Weak topics get double time on the timetable
Final term (Easter-exams)
- 8-12 hours a week, mostly full papers and error-log reviews
- Timed conditions for every paper
- One rest day a week, protected
